Quality and Accreditation Manager Feed (HBO/WO)

We are looking for someone who will play a central role (or grows towards it) for GMP+ on accreditation and ISO topics in an international context. Both these topics are vital for GMP+. Changes have impact on companies, certification bodies and the scheme itself. And since this environment is very versatile, we need to be on top of it and take the lead in discussions. Important is to translate these developments to GMP+ and take the lead with colleagues to prepare, decide on the direction and implement the changes.

Both within as outside GMP+, you will be seen as the expert on these matters. This requires not only knowledge and conceptual insights, but also network competencies (international). Contact with accreditation bodies, certification bodies, other schemes and participating in several committees are essential.

Since GMP+ deploys a quality scheme, they want to have their quality up to date. This is also a responsibility. A quality management system which satisfies the applicable ISO standards and norms is needed.

More specific, your tasks include:


  • Manage the contacts with the Accreditation bodies (RvA, Dakks) and the impact on the GMP+ schemes
  • Network with the other feed schemes on this and attend the relevant meetings


  • Responsible for the implementation of ISO 17021 and manages the impact on the GMP+ organization and the scheme
  • Organize/participates in meetings regarding ISO (NEN working group, International working groups)

Quality System GMP+

  • Responsible for the maintenance and distribution of the quality handbook, procedures and work instructions and forms
  • Monitors whether operational processes satisfy the quality standard, takes appropriate corrective action together with the team managers and informs the directors

Job requirements

The ideal candidate has good interpersonal skills and likes to operate in a team of experts who are passionate about working towards quality improvement.

The Quality and Accrediation Manager Feed we hope to recruit, recognises him or herself in the following profile:

  • A Bachelor's or Master Degree with a specialisation in Quality Management and/or Agriculture (feed and food)
  • Education or training quality management and auditing
  • Knowledge of schemes like ISO 17021/ ISO 22003, HACCP and accreditation
  • Knowledge of process design and change
  • Good knowledge of the GMP+ International organization, its products and processes
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch, and preferable any other European language
  • Communicative, accurate, convincing, teamplayer.
