Specific Feed Safety Limits

Relating to HACCP, a participant must determine for each Critical Control Point (CCP) the measuring values within which the safety of the product can be guaranteed. These values are referred to as the ‘reject limit’ within the GMP+ FC Scheme. In order to prevent rejection of products as much as possible, action limits were also determined. Both the reject limits and action limits are included in Appendix 1 of the GMP+ Feed Certification scheme (GMP+ BA1).
